Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School offers an online master’s degree in human resource management. This program is AACSB-accredited and requires approximately 18-24 months of full-time study. The program also requires two in-person immersions on the Pepperdine campus. Students may choose to pursue the program part-time, or in a full-time capacity. The program requires ten core credits and two electives.
